 Affordable Housing 
Pines Community Center (PCC) is a 501©3 organization. It is charged with seeking to make available affordable housing for low income residents of Chapel Hill with the purpose of countering the effects of gentrification taking place in the area as large organizations expand and drive up prices, making it impossible for regular citizens on low incomes to maintain a living in the area.For more information on our afforable housing program, please call 919-929-8000 or e-mail tparrish@nccu.edu. |
