 
Pines Community Center, Inc., PCC, has as a mission the promotion and protection of a positive quality of life for Knolls Development residents and visitors.PCC will continuously identify, nurture and develop strong leaders whose function it is to assure, with the help of PCC residents and external supporters, educational, social, recreational, civic, real estate and community organization activities designed to keep Knolls Development a healthy, crime free and safe environment in which to raise children and within which families, older adults and visitors may feel secure.
