NC Crafts Gallery features work by artists from across the state of North Carolina. An interesting variety of pottery, turned wood, jewelry, blown glass, sun-catchers, quilts, windchimes, garden sculptures, stepping stones, and other handmade piece are available.

Located in a building known as the Point, on the corner
of West Main and West Weaver Streets, the NC Crafts Gallery was
the first crafts gallery in Carrboro to carry work by North Carolina artists. Started in 1989 by Sheri Ontjes, an artist and former art teacher at Chapel Hill-Carrboro public schools, in July of 2004 the gallery was purchased by Sara Latta Gress, a part time employee who grew to love the gallery. Sara continues to provide the finest work from the state’s highest quality artists and craftsmen.
The Gallery is open Monday through Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm,
and on Sundays from 1 - 4 pm -- the perfect place to find a unique gift from North Carolina.
